Patricia MaryGRAY'Pat' Sadly passed away on April 24th 2016 at Good Hope Hospital aged 74 years. A loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother who will be deeply missed by all her dear family. A service to celebrate Pat's life will take place within the West Chapel at Streetly Crematorium on Wednesday 18th May 2016 at 11.15am.
